Women are the backbone of many farming operations in Southwest Virginia. Women offer talents and fulfill leadership roles within the farming industry. Southwest Virginia Women in Agriculture's goal is to highlight contribution women make to agriculture, offer learning opportunities for women, and encourage women to take roles of leadership in agriculture.  This Farm Tour is FREE and will tour stocker/former diary operation with Patsy Waddle. For more information and to sign up for the event, email Tamara below.

Please help us as we collaborate on the First Lady of Virginia's Day of Action!  Join us as we harvest and wash produce for local food banks, repair fencing and start a new compost pile!
