Each year ASD creates fundraising events to bring together a wide variety of folks that recognize the importance of collaborating to build a strong local food culture. By creating jobs in farming and addressing food insecurity, ASD helps bring hope to rebuild the small communities that dot the rural Appalachian landscape. Guests often include program beneficiaries, farmers, corporate partners, donors and more. ASD events are known for their inspirational menus that feature the freshest, most flavorful, in-season ingredients available. This event will offer local food, non-alcoholic beverages and is BYOB.

Chris Ramsey, UT Extension Ag Agent adds, “We are happy to partner on this event. The Ron Ramsey Regional Agricultural Center will bring many opportunities for education to our area, making northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia a ‘go-to destination’.
